Wanted to try this again and got 5:38 after 3 tries, thought of even more ways to skip time and got this after my tenth. Lost maybe 10 secs on a mistake with the jugg but since everything else was near perfect, it would take dozens of attempts to beat this. So hopefully no one does better because I've played far too much of it already XD
