Computational Methods in Engineering at Leibniz University Hannover

Our master’s programme provides specific training to educate young professionals who will be competent to perform sophisticated modelling tasks and judge the results from those computations.
In the first semester, mandatory classes related to sophisticated skills in computational engineering methods are taught. The second semester is filled with elective classes in your favourite engineering disciplines. A six-month industrial project or alternatively a six-month research stay at a foreign university is placed in the third semester. The final semester is organized into a seminar project and the master thesis. Young professionals competent in computational engineering are employed in any branch of engineering, e.g. electrical engineering, civil or mechanical engineering.
