Walking in Hamburg, Germany. My walk tour starting from Mönckebergstraße to Rathausmarkt and Rathaus (Town Hall) the most must visit place in Hamburg. Majestic building, the architecture is amazing! At the entrance of the facade the goddess Hammonia is depicted, and along the facade there are sculptures of the emperors of the Great Roman Empire (until 1806). On the right are the Senate and Burgomaster buildings, on the left is the Parliament of Hamburg and the surrounding land. There is a magnificent fountain inside the Town Hall courtyard. The fountain is a monument to the goddess of health, Hygiene, created in honor of the water that purifies the city. And along the perimeter there are figures symbolizing the options for using water in Hamburg. Unfortunately the fountain didn’t work in the filming day. Great tourist attraction! This is very famous location in Hamburg, there are many tourists and locals here everyday. Filmed in March, 2024. Let’s go!
