CalEarth Tour // Build your Own Home with SuperAdobe!

I love the idea of Superadobe and CalEarth and have been wanting to visit for a few months now. It took awhile to actually get a reservation to one of their open houses.

It's a really cool concept and I'd be building myself one of these right now if it wasn't for permitting in California! It's basically impossible to get one of these permitted by a building department in CA but they're working on it! They say hopefully within a year, it'll be a recognized building solution and we can all build our own homes out of superadobe!
