This is a relaxing guided meditation of a Reiki session. I walk you through the steps I take, cleanse your aura, address each chakra,, your meridians, break up and remove negativity, add affirmations, and use grounding techniques to close the session.

Reiki, Universal Life Force Energy, White Light, etc. is beyond space and time. While recording this session I set an intention for anyone listening to be able to tap into this energy at any time, in any location. Simply say either aloud or to yourself "I am open to receiving."
