Anyone else getting retro vibes with the steel headband or is that just me?

If you are annoyed by the fact every pair of gaming headphones are an on-ear or over the ear design then maybe these in-ear headphones from Thermaltake will give you something to look forward too or maybe you're sick of on-ear headphone cooking your ears during the summer!

Personally I was really surprised and pleasantly surprised that these headphones deliver such an amazing sound and for only $69 I think it's a bargain as the sound accuracy and quality of sound was top notch. A little weak in the bass department but that's not a bad thing.

When playing FPS games I found these to be way better to detect and hear footsteps or gunshots and definitely felt like I had an advantage.

My only negative was the microphone. It just sucks. Maybe it's the headphones and I was unlucky but from the other reviews I've seen I don't think it's a once off.

Fix the mic issue and you have an awesome value product which sounds amazing!

What do you guys think? Would you consider an in-ear headphone?
