This session will provide a broad overview of grant writing best practices, specifically designed for grassroots organizations planning to apply for HIV funding from Shelby County Health Department, United Way of Greater Nashville, or the Tennessee Department of Health HIV Prevention or Ryan White Part B programs. In addition to a comprehensive review of grant writing "tricks of the trade," each of the aforementioned funders will discuss their specific expectations for grant applications submitted to their organization. Time will also be allotted for audience questions on this topic.
