Dr. Jordan Rogers continues preaching verse-by-verse through The Book of Exodus in this sermon from Exodus 16:1-36 entitled, “Learning the Lessons of Dependence.”

The purpose of Exodus 16:1-36 is to record the LORD’s promise and parameters of provision for Israel during their wilderness wanderings. In this, the LORD designed a scenario where Israel was dependent upon Him for their daily food, having to trust that He is their provider, that He will give them enough to live, and enough to rest. Ultimately, through this they are to learn the lessons of dependence.

The following is a sermon on Exodus 16:1-36, and below you will find the video recording and a sermon outline to help you follow along as you watch. I hope this study tool helps you grow in your love for the Lord Jesus and in your obedience to Him.
