Vogue arrived at the sanctuary with her foal, Vagabond, and three other mares and their foals following a large multi-agency rescue. She was in serious need of care and attention to help her recover. When she arrived, she had not been handled and had no proper training.

It has been a rewarding journey for the whole team to see her grow in confidence and health. Vogue settled into life at the sanctuary quickly and her training has gone from strength to strength. After working with our dedicated grooms, she has now joined the Equine Assisted Services team and helps to teach students in our community.

Her foal, Vagabond, is now grown and is also on our sponsorship scheme.
