Relativism Cloak Build | +1270.15% Increase Damage ( INSANE )

| TRANSCENDENCE |

| Transcendence |
Achieve harmony by dealing damage with Light and Dark damage types in equal measure or by applying subclass buffs to your allies. Kinetic damage regenerates both Light and Dark energy.

While Transcendence is active, your grenade is replaced by a unique Prismatic grenade that deals both Light and Dark damage. Dealing melee damage while transcendent greatly increases your grenade energy regeneration, and vice versa. Defeating targets while transcendent extends it's duration.

| Facet of Ruin Description |
Increase the size and damage of the burst when you shatter a Stasis crystal or frozen target, and increase the area of effect of Solar ignitions. ( +10 Mobility )

| Facet of Courage |
Your Arc, Solar, and void abilities deal increased damage to targets afflicted with Darkness debuffs. ( +10 Discipline )

| Facet of Blessing |
Melee final blows start health regeneration. While transcendent, melee final blows start heal regeneration for you and nearby allies.

| Facet of Protection |
While surrounded by combatants, you are more resistant to incoming damage. While transcendent, the effect is increased. ( +10 Strength )

| Facet of Balance |
Rapidly defeating targets with light damage grants melee energy. Rapidly defeating targets with Darkness damage grants grenade energy.



| PSYNERGIES |
Kinetic Slot: Wastelander M5 w/ One-Two Punch ( Enhanced ) - refer to D2 Foundry to explain the math of One-Two Punch

Heavy Slot: Tractor Cannon w/ Repulsor Force - This weapon emits a powerful impulse that pushes enemies away, suppresses their abilities, and makes them more vulnerable to all incoming damage. ( 50% Damage )

Exotic Cloak:
- Spirit of Caliban: Powered melee final blows trigger an ignition.
- Spirit of the Liar: Dealing damage with a powered melee or being hit by a melee attack will allow you to follow up with an extremely powerful Arc melee counterpunch.


Spirit of the Liar is 200% increased unpowered and Arc melee damage (3.00x), but it requires an initial melee hit to activate, i.e. it's only active every other melee (it can also activate upon being hit with a melee attack but that's inconsistent so I'm disregarding it).

And One-Two Punch's bonus is reduced to a 40% increase (1.40x) when Cross Counter (Spirit of the Liar) is active.

So assuming you're getting an even number of melee hits in:
The first hit is Combination Blow with full One-Two Punch for 922.50% increased melee damage (10.225x).

That hit activates Cross Counter, fully applying to Combination Blow but reducing One-Two Punch's bonus, stacking together to 1617.80% increased damage (17.178x) on the second hit.
= Resulting in an average of 1270.15% increased melee damage (13.7015x).
[(4.09 * 2.50) + (4.09 * 1.40 * 3.00)] / 2
