This is my first time attempting a live-reading of one of my works, and I decided, in an effort to practice the craft, the easiest novel to tackle would be Blind Salvation. The first chapter follows Orion Corvus on his first night in truly understanding who he is, or, at least, what he strives to become. Aptly titled "The First," Chapter One is all about his first kill.

I started writing Blind Salvation seven years ago in my Freshman year of high school. I had written screenplays and had attempted novels before then, but I think Blind Salvation is where I realized that being a writer was something I really wanted to be.
