In Summer 2018, Des Moines area couple Caleb and Lindsey were on the hunt for a new home. They were looking for a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with at least 2,000 sq. ft. They also wanted to find a home in a location that would cut down on their commutes and be closer to their friends, family, and church. After viewing several homes, they were feeling a little stuck.

Eventually they found a home that met their requirements for bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. The only catch was that the home had not been updated since the 70s! They decided to go all in and undertake a huge home renovation on this house to make it their own.
