Former Los Baños, Laguna councilor Norvin Tamisin, who was arrested in November 2021 over the assassination of former mayor Caesar Perez in December 2020, maintains he did not kill the chief executive, in his testimony to the House quad committee on October 22, 2024. He says he was made to be the fall guy so that police would be able to close the case on Perez.
