In the past I owned its "brother" the Jackson Dinky Arch Top JS22-7 DKA HT and as you'll see/hear in this video I like this one more. But why? Well you've gotta watch the video, come on!

I will tell you one thing though, this is a great 7 string if you're looking to dabble in some heavy or doom or djent or speed or thrash or black metal.

Jackson Special Edition JS22-7 DKA-M Dinky Specs:
- 12-16” compound radius bolt-on maple neck with graphite reinforcement
- Maple fretboard with piranha inlays
- Basswood body – a light 6.7lbs (just over 3kg)
- 26.5” scale length
- 24 jumbo frets
- Width at the nut: 1.875” (nearly 48mm)
- 3 way pickup switch for the 2 humbuckers
- Master volume and master tone controls
- String-thru body with Hipshot style hard tail bridge (Not an official Hipshot bridge of course but I love this style of bridge)
- Made in China
