R.E.M. - Texarkana - bass cover + pdf

This is a nice song from the classic 1991 R.E.M. album 'Out of Time'. The bassist Mike Mills, who also wrote most of the song, lays down a rhythmically and melodically really solid bass line. In my opinion the pick sound is killer, too.

In my take I'm playing the intro, 1st verse and chorus just as I believe it goes in the record. From 2nd verse I'm adding some nuances of my own here and there -- basically just playing the music as I would do if I was at the gig.
