This custom mob is made possible using MythicMobs and Model Engine. Both plugins can be downloaded on spigotmc and are made for Java Minecraft. This Pack contains the Lich Mini Boss with several attacks and a multitude of animations, it is completely mythicmobs configured and ready to go!
The mythic mob configs are an example of how we imagined this model. You can also customize it yourself completely.
