I love introducing my viewers to some of the fun tiktok trends, especially if I can put my own spin on the recipe. This pasta chip recipe combines two of my kids favorite ingredients, pasta and chips so I had to make it. And of course the whole world knows now how awesome pasta chips taste with feta. Enjoy this easy and fun recipe!

Recipe is inspired by @feelgoodfoodie from Tiktok

Pasta Chip Ingredients:
Pasta (I'm using gluten free fuzilli)
Olive oil
Sea Salt
Pepper
Thyme
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
Grated cheese like Parmesan

Pasta Chip Recipe:
Cook Pasta in pot of salted boiling water, until the pasta is almost fully cooked - aldente. Drain well. Combine in bowl with olive oil and seasonings. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400F/200C until golden and crispy - 25 minutes

Whipped Herb Feta Cheese Dip:
Ingredients:
1 cup Feta Cheese
2 heaping tablespoons of sour cream
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 chopped clove of garlic
12 tablespoons of chopped herbs (i used parsley and dill)
olive oil and fresh pepper (optional)
Recipe:
combine in food processor the cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, and garlic.
pulse until coarse paste.
Mix in fresh chopped herbs
before serving add a little fresh pepper and drizzle of olive oil.
