On the flats, fully charged (VERY key), I was easily hitting 15mph. This reminds me exactly of those rental services in major cities.
A few notes:
No key, so be sure to have a bike lock.
Folds up nicely, but keep an alan wrench around to make you can take it down properly.
One back brake (disc brakes) works great. The other lever is not a brake--it simply cuts the power to the motor.
Easy folding motorcycle style stand.

Important: Be sure to fully charge once it arrives, or it will seem weak and slow. I made that mistake (thought there was enough juice because it still had 2-3 bars remaining on the battery... I don't think the display is that accurate. But once fully charged, this thing FLYS.)
