Hello and thank-you for visiting my channel - Yoga with Kate.

Welcome to today’s class which will be Yoga for Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain. If you’re suffering with Fibromyalgia or Chronic pain you have my sympathy and I appreciate that this can put your off exercising. However, it's really important to keep your body moving. Yoga has been proven to help with both Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain. Yoga helps to reduce muscular tension, improve spine alignment and improve your sleep quality.

I’ve designed this class to be gentle and restorative to help calm your central nervous system to help you feel rejuvenated, refreshed and relaxed after class.
