Four Easy Egg Preparation Hacks
Are you getting bored of scrambled, boiled and sunny side up? Then spice up your breakfast with these 4 new ways to enjoy your eggs. These hacks are easy, elegant and irresistably delicious. Whether you like a colorful breakfast, fluffy savory soufflé, simple poached eggs or fried egg bites, you're guaranteed to discover your new favorite way to prepare this great breakfast classic.

Ingredients:

Colorful Eggs:

5 eggs
1 handful onion skins, chopped
½ handful garlic skins, chopped
½ tsp blue food coloring
1 pair of pantyhose
kitchen twine
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp salt

1. Lightly moisten the eggs and roll them in the chopped onion and garlic skins.

2. Wrap each egg tightly in a piece of pantyhose and tie off both ends with kitchen twine.

3. Place the eggs in a pot with cold water. Add the vinegar and salt and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes.

4. Add the blue food coloring and simmer for another 5 minutes.

5. Let the eggs cool in the water for about an hour.

6. Remove the eggs from the pantyhose, rinse gently, pat dry, and lightly rub with oil for shine.

Mini Fried Eggs:

2 eggs, frozen
vegetable oil
salt and pepper

Poached Egg Cups:

7 eggs, room temperature
1—2 tbsp vegetable oil
7 silicone muffin cups

Egg Soufflé:

1 egg
2 tbsp grated parmesan

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Separate the white from the yolk and set the yolk aside.

3. Beat the egg white until stiff peaks form.

4. Spread half the beaten egg white into a small oven-safe dish, making a small well in the center.

5. Place the parmesan cheee and the egg yolk in the well.

6. Cover with the remaining beaten egg white and smooth the top.

7. Bake for 12—15 minutes, until puffed and slightly golden.
