How does man elevate and give rise to his Inner Self? Day and night, we are engaged in committing bad deeds - slandering, backbiting, placing false allegations, jealousy, animosity etc, as a result of which we have accumulated an ample amount of negative energy. Did we ever pay heed to the cleansing of our inner self? Are we not answerable to God?

For example, a water filter removes unwanted impurities from the water such as bacteria, hardness, taste and odour to result in better quality water. In a similar way, there is a system through which the Spiritual Heart can also be cleansed and purgated.
