Nilotika Cultural Ensemble are descendants of the original Nyabingi movement, which began in east Africa hundreds of years ago. The music and culture travelled with the trade winds to Jamaica, where it became a core part of Rastafari. Today, Nilotika are keeping the spirit of Nyabingi alive in its birthplace – this is their story.
