Chicken lollipop is a popular Indo-Chinese appetizer where a frenched chicken drumette is marinated and then batter fried or baked until crispy. These are then either seasoned and tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce or simply served with a favorite sauce or dip.

Baking powder -1 tsp.
Salt -1 tsp.
Black pepper powder -1/2 tsp.
Water -2 tbsp.
For Sauce:
Tomato sauce-1/2cup
Chilli sauce -1/2 cup
Sweet chilli sauce -1/2 cup
Soya sauce-1 tbsp.
Chilli powder-1 tsp.
Vinegar-1 tsp.
Maggie sauce -1 tsp.
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder -1/2 tsp.
Sugar -1 tbsp.
Mayonnaise -2 tbsp.
Vegetable oil -1 tbsp.
Black pepper -1/2 tsp.
