SRFC 12.0 Anna Stephens

Anna Stephens is the UK-based author of the Godblind trilogy, a grimdark, epic fantasy feast concerning gods, religious and political warfare, betrayal, love and the end of all things.

The titular first novel was published by Harper Voyager UK in June 2017 and was shortlisted for the Booknest Debut Novel Award 2017.

Book 2, Darksoul, was published in the summer of 2018 and shortlisted for the NotTheBooker2018 longlist. Book 3, Bloodchild, will be published in August 2019.

She has a BA (Hons) in Literature and a Diploma in Creative Writing, both from the Open University. Anna has previously been published in several small presses over the years, and has forthcoming short stories in the Art of War anthology (2018), Grimdark Magazine (2018) and Unfettered III, to be published by Tor in 2018.
