Cleaning and Staining Log Home Exterior- Meadowlark’s Bighorn Rancher

Elvie returns with a Meadowlark crew to stain the exterior of the Big Horn Rancher. The first step is applying a powerful wood cleaning, biodegradable soap spray onto the house which activates with water and helps to bring the logs to a golden color and to clean all exterior surfaces thoroughly in preparation for staining.

Next the windows and doors are masked and taped to prevent them from being sprayed.

Finally, the last process is 2 coats of Timber Pro UV Exterior plant-based color stain and then the third and final coat of clear topcoat is applied. Then the masking and plastic is removed and clean up is performed and the house is like sparkling brand new.
