If this setting's not work in your computer try to change in FIVR Turbo Limit ratio to 35(3.5Ghz Lower Value Lower heat generate)
Cpu Core and Cache Offset to -150mv and lower speed shift EPP Value to 15-20

Note:1st ●Ok-Do not save voltages/Apply/ok then take a TS Bench if everything ok
thats the time you go back to FIVR then you can save ●Ok Save voltage immediately


While playing Far Cry 5 in high settings my cpu temperature hit up to 94°C so i decided to undervolt using throttlestop.after doing this in my nitro5. my cpu temperature reduce a lot from 94°C to 65°-70°C. 20°C difference is not bad and im thankful to this software help prolong the life of the laptop .i tried undervolting using XTU but not working for me.


One more thing guys
Back in main menu of throttlestop,select Click "Option" select "Start Minimized" and "Minimize on Close" then click "ok".make sure throttlestop is running background while playing
