Subaru Loves Learning - Adopt A Classroom 2024 | W&L Subaru

At W&L Subaru, we believe that all students deserve an equal opportunity for a quality education. Through Subaru's partnership with AdoptAClassroom.org, retailers like W&L are proud to be the largest corporate supporter of AdoptAClassroom.org and will have supported more than 750,000 students nationwide.

This school year, partnered with Shikellamy School District, we have adopted both Priestley and Oaklyn Elementary Schools. Combining both elementary schools, we were able to impact over 600 students across 20 classrooms.
Nationwide, millions of students in high-needs schools lack the supplies and learning materials necessary to be successful in the classroom. In fact, 92% of teachers in the United States have students whose families cannot afford school supplies, often requiring teachers to purchase resources using their own money.

In addition to the 20 classroom kits, one for each classroom containing the most-needed classroom supplies, W&L Subaru also contributed $10,000 in flexible-funds to both Priestley and Oaklyn Elementary Schools. These funds can be used to purchase classroom supplies, helping to relieve the financial burden teachers may face when suppling their students with adequate learning materials.
