Draft rules for cannabis consumption lounges in NJ

Recreational cannabis is legal in New Jersey. Now, partaking of it in what are known as “consumption lounges” will be too. You can think of them like bars. But instead of alcohol, people will be able to socialize while using legal weed. The state just published a list of draft rules before the lounges can open. They’re strict and, some say, controversial.
