Once trust is broken, there will always be some traumatic adverse effects that get left behind. Even if you hate to admit you have trust issues, trust issues symptoms can come out in many forms. For example, difficult time trusting new people, putting up a wall, being defensive, not committing in relationships, frequent suspicions or always picking fights.

When trust issues go untreated, trust problems can affect relationships with all people around you. This is because trust issues is a battle with ones selve. When you get betrayed, you question yourself. And as a result, you must now trust yourself again before you are able to trust others.
