Round three is coming at full swing. The state officials have arrived to take back the mayhem-filled institution. The deranged patients want nothing more than to stand their ground and claim the stake of the mental asylum. The Christmas cheer that once filled the air has become gloomier as the carnage in the hallways amplifies. Around the familiar corners, the clowns wipe off their faces to show their true identities."
