Actual Diagnosis:
No matchup knowledge
Too many mechanical errors
Ego is too big to work with team

Remedies:
Learn the matchups (watch karq genji 1 tip vs every hero) and theres other videos I'll put in the description
Practice dash placement (at the feet) and when to use left / right click (left click long range or medium range when someone is straightlining)
If we have a dive tank pay attention to what they're doing
Use cover more often to avoid getting forced out and pair that with shotgun angles

Why do I do these short videos?
I don't have a lot of time
I don't have enough passion to pursue coaching at a higher level like I used to
I still want to help people improve, everyone deserves access to free coaching
My upload speed is 0.1mbps so a 5 min video takes at least 2-3 hours to upload

Most players do not need a 1h VoD review. They need a short video giving them a few points on what to work on, so they can improve incrementally. If you don't have a good understanding of the fundamentals, a coaching session is just building on a shaky foundation.
