CTRL +Z You can configure the number of undo steps in User Preferences -Editing.
By default, Blender's undo system is set to a maximum of 32 steps. However, you can increase the number of undo steps by following these steps:

Open Blender and go to "Edit" - "Preferences" (or press "Ctrl + Alt + U" on your keyboard).

In the "Preferences" window, click on the "Editing" tab.

Under the "Undo" section, you will see an option for "Steps". Increase the value to your desired number of undo steps (for example, 64 or 128).

Click on the "Save Preferences" button at the bottom of the window to save your changes.

Once you have increased the number of undo steps, you can use the "Undo" and "Redo" functions as usual by pressing "Ctrl + Z" and "Shift + Ctrl + Z" respectively on your keyboard. Keep in mind that increasing the number of undo steps may also increase the amount of memory Blender uses, so make sure your computer can handle it.
