3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 1/2 tbsp baking powder

3 medium eggs
1 tsp salt
1 cup brown light sugar or add 1/4 cup to make more sweet
1 tbsp vanilla
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup water
2 cups grated carrots ( 1/4 kilo)

toppings:
optional lamang po
raisins
walnuts
cashew nuts
split almonds
chocolate chips

bake in preheated oven 180 C'
for 1 hour

makes 3 loaves
8x3 size of loaf pan
