Stacey Abrams announces lawsuit: 'This is not a concession speech'

The Democrat says she will file a federal lawsuit to challenge the 'gross mismanagement' of Georgia's elections. Abrams made the comments in a Friday speech, shortly after acknowledging that Republican Brian Kemp will be declared the state's next governor.
