This is a slideshow video of some of the pictures I took in Bolton town centre, when the legendary steeplejack Fred Dibnah's statue was officially unveiled on Tuesday 29th April 2008 (which would've also been Fred's 70th birthday) This is also my way of paying a small tribute to the great man, of whom the likes of which we'll never ever see again :( He really was a true one off and will be sorely missed. Hope you like the music I used to accompany the pictures, it's some of the music the BBC used to use on the many tv programmes he made over the years called "Carnival Of Venice". Enjoy. R.I.P Fred.
