On May 8th we found out our Short Film entry for the Stay in Yo’ House Film contest won FIRST PLACE in the FULL HOUSE category!

We’re so grateful for Frat Pack Productions’ short film contest that challenged us as a family to write, shoot and edit this film in two days time.

They posted all the winners and Top 20 finalists on their youtube channel, here’s the link to our film on their channel:

We had three requirements within the genre of comedy-
1. Film must be 3 minutes or less
2. Use toiler paper as a prop
3. Use line of Dialogue: “this is because of the cloud”

The judges, (who happen be major entertainment industry contributors) Mark Fincannon, Cheryl Louden-Kubin, Erica Arvold, Chase Paris and Robert Duncan chose the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.

We’re truly SUPER EXCITED and humbled that our fun short film was so well received.

We'll pull questions from a jar and share with you more insight on some Behind the Scene and Making of this original film.

Most of all we hope it brings some creative Light into these days of quarantine.

Please take this light and create your own fun projects as a family or on your own. Turning some of this quarantine struggle into some creative endeavor can ultimately make this whole thing surprisingly wonderful.
