Jailbreak & Blutone; FOG, ICE, and MUD!

Finally got out again with Mr. Cooper! With his beautiful xtracab Trx4 build. Was a slick morning.., tough to trail, let alone walk! Tons of fun tho.

Trx4. Gcm
Larger tires. Wider tires, better traction
Portals, + clearance. Less clearance, lower cog
Slightly higher cog. Cog lower, but to back (rack/tire)
Thornbirds (4.7) Iroc super swampers (4.4)
2s (3 at end). Small 3s

Picked up a Gcmracing cmax2 in a recent trade. Originally built by Mr. Richard/ Hot Rod Hobbies/ Left Lane Outlaw… it’s called “Jail Break”. After AC/DC, with band member driver and large sticker on hood.
Was in great condition, and the chassis is such a smooth runner! Only issue with chassis., after moving and bending a few links for better compression/ articulation ; is the chassis shock mounts being so small.
There was enough scratches in the original factory paint (no clear), & rims missing scale hardware. I decided to take everything on the body apart. Than I did a heavy weather/ patina and clear coat the body to cover the white scratches and protect it from further deep scratches (hopefully). Also added a front angry eye grill and hood scoop! I rock guarded the roll cage, fenders, grill, and hood scoop. I flat cleared the interior and did a lite dark wash on interior so it wasn’t so shiney.
Not a fan of AC/DC , so I got rid of the driver and cover a good part of the sticker .
I really have too many jeeps.., thinking about changing up the body in the near future. Maybe lc80??? Before changing; I’d like to run the body with longer shocks; I’ll have to find longer chassis shock mounts to keep cog appropriate.
