This is not an authentic bag, but rather the Shebag factory’s latest batch production of the Lady Dior “Snow White” bag. The background image you see is one that Shebag often uses—it differs from the official Dior photography style, but both adopt an over-exposed lighting technique. However, when we photograph close-up details, we avoid overexposure, because we want customers to clearly see the craftsmanship that took us so much effort to achieve.

When Shebag reproduces the Lady Dior white lambskin version, we specifically select premium Italian nappa lambskin, and apply a nano anti-permeation coating on the surface to reduce daily oxidation and staining. For high-end custom editions, an additional lightweight lining layer is added inside to make the bag more structured and durable.

The white lambskin of the Lady Dior uses ultra-fine lambskin nappa, with almost invisible pores and densely packed fibers. The surface is lightly polished and given a subtle sheen, resulting in a soft-glow, creamy-white texture. Compared with standard white calfskin or Epsom leather, it has no grain texture—its touch is smooth like skin.

Lambskin reflects light delicately; under soft or natural light it reveals a faint pearl-like glow, which is especially noticeable in the white version—hence many refer to it as the “milk white” or “pearl white” Lady Dior.

White lambskin is also one of the most challenging leathers to craft in Dior’s atelier. Because it lacks inherent structural strength, artisans must insert an ultra-thin internal lining when stitching the Cannage (quilted) pattern to keep the bag’s shape crisp and upright. The stitching holes, thread lines, and bonding points on white leather must be executed with extreme precision, as even the slightest deviation is magnified to the eye.

Furthermore, the dyeing process must achieve flawless purity—neither greyish nor creamy yellow—but a cool-toned, pure white. This demands the highest standards in dye uniformity and leather selection.
