The best meatloaf you will ever make! You have to try my family's favorite recipe. (1960's recipe from the Boston Globe)

Truck Stop Restaurant Meatloaf:

2 lbs. ground beef
1 sleeve of saltine crackers, crushed
1 can of condensed Vegetable Soup (Campbell's)
2 eggs, beaten
(1) 8 oz tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup ketchup (for the glaze)

First, combine the crushed crackers, vegetable soup, eggs, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce. Mix these together, then add the ground beef. Mix lightly with hands until well blended.
2. Shape into a 12 x 5 inch loaf onto a parchment/foil lined 9 x 13 dish or cookie sheet.
3. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 1 hour. Enjoy!
