I decided to re-upload this old video of mine because it has one of my favorite songs I've ever edited for these two.
I first uploaded this one after series 3 aired so it only goes from s1 to s3. I debated re-editing a new version with all seasons but I wouldn't be able to re-capture the mindset I was in while editing this one.

Obviously this is a canon AU story but strangely I predicted the ending for these two almost the same as the real ending, as in Merlin being alone and waiting for Arthur to return. At least in this version he got re-incarnated in the same period as Arthur and did not have to wait 1500 years for him to return (that I could have never predicted because it's just too heartbreaking...).

The only problems I have with this video is the editing in some parts like Arthur's dream of having Merlin revealing his magic to him, because yes in this Arthur knows already and he's just waiting for Merlin to trust him to tell him.
Also the modern clips aren't in the best quality...
But still, I love this one and it's definitely among my favorite I edited of these two so hopefully you'll enjou watching (or re-watching) it :)
