🔶 INGREDIENTS:

• Curd - 1kg
• Sugar - 5 tablespoons(According to your taste)
• Ripe Mango - 1 no.
• Mango(Finely chopped) - As required
• Pistachio(Finely chopped) - For garnishing
• Saffron - For Garnishing

🔶 NOTES:

• Use fresh curd, not the one that has gone sour.
• While making hung curd, choose a large bowl so that the bottom of the muslin cloth doesn’t come in contact with the bottom of the bowl.
• Use fresh sweet mango pulp for best taste.
• Shrikhand tastes best when chilled so it's recommended to chill it for about 1 to 2 hours before serving.
