How To Tig Weld Aluminum: Fillet Welding A Tee Joint Weld!!!!

For the next two weeks, I will be continuing to release videos for my Tig Welding How To series, strictly about Tig Welding For Beginners. More Specifically, Tig Welding Aluminum.
On today's episode, I lay down a demo (while I was sick as balls too, I might add,) on how to Fillet Weld, a Tee Joint Weld. This one is FUN. Why? Because we get to RIP SOME HEAT into this Tee Joint Weld. This one is pretty harmless, less chance for burnthrough, so we get to focus on making our start ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, then roll out and begin to Weld, working on consistency. Begin with the setup, and Joint positioning I recommend, and PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE!
If this is not going well, PLEASE, go back to the previous steps, and make sure you have those dialled in PERFECT. Learning the steps along the way will make these so much easier to learn.
