(16 Mar 2019) Some of the survivors of the attacks on mosques in Christchurch that left 49 people dead spoke of their ordeals on Saturday.
Abdul Aziz, 48, originally from Kabul in Afganistan, was at the Linwood mosque with his family.
He said he ran outside and tried to chase the shooter.
While throwing the gun the shooter had left behind, Aziz said the attacker began to drive away in his car.
The mass shootings left 49 people dead.
