Inside The Audacious Armed Robbery That Went Horribly Wrong

On May 19th 2021, the small rustic village of ‘Broek’ in Waterland, just outside Amsterdam, was the scene of the most incredible heist. Bigger and more audacious than that seen in Holland for many years.

Heavily armed robbers conducted a military-style operation in order to attempt to steal multi-million-dollar loot. However, the plan would end in a hail of bullets from the Dutch police.

This is all after a wild and violent chase that wouldn’t be out of place in a Hollywood blockbuster.
