This is how combo boxes are created. Database designer. Multi-column databases in Excel.

Working with this program can be divided into several steps.

All data is entered from a combo box in the column headed "Gender," so a combo box with two values is created. These are the following values:
The first entry is "Woman"
The second entry is "Mister"

All data is entered from a combo box in the column headed "Marital Status," so a combo box with four values is created. These are the following values:
The first entry is "Single"
The second entry is "Married"
The third entry is "Divorced"
The fourth entry is "Widowed"

All data in the column headed "Shift Start" is entered from a combo box, so a combo box with three values is created. These are the following values:
The first entry is - "06:00"
The second entry is - "14:00"
The third entry is - "22:00"
Once again:
The first entry is - "06:00"
The second entry is - "14:00"
The third entry is - "22:00"

In the column headed "Shift End," all data is entered from a combo box, so a combo box with three values is created. These are the following values:
The first entry is - "06:00"
The second entry is - "14:00"
The third entry is - "22:00"

The first "Personal Data" group has been created.
