හීල්ඔය පුරාණ රජමහා විහාරය යනු ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ බණ්ඩරවෙල ප්‍රදේශයේ හීල්ඔය ගම්මානයේ පිහිටා ඇති පුරාණ බෞද්ධ විහාරස්ථානයකි. ශතවර්ෂ ගණනාවක ඉතිහාසය තුළ ගිලී ඇති මෙම විහාරස්ථානය දිවයිනේ පොහොසත් සංස්කෘතික හා ආගමික උරුමයන් පිළිබඳ සාක්ෂියකි. පන්සල් සංකීර්ණය සම්ප්‍රදායික සිංහල ගෘහ නිර්මාණ ශිල්පය, පුරාණ ස්තූප සහ බෞද්ධ ප්‍රවාදයේ දර්ශන නිරූපණය කරන බිතුසිතුවම් වලින් සමන්විත වේ. සශ්‍රීක වෘක්ෂලතාදියෙන් වටවී නිස්කලංක පරිසරයක් පිරිනමන හීල්ඔය පුරාණ රජමහා විහාරය බැතිමතුන්ගේ අධ්‍යාත්මික තෝතැන්නක් ලෙසත් ඉතිහාස ලෝලීන්ගේ සිත් ඇදගන්නා ස්ථානයක් ලෙසත් සේවය කරයි. මෙම විහාරස්ථානය බෞද්ධ වන්දනා සහ චාරිත්‍ර වාරිත්‍ර සඳහා මධ්‍යස්ථානයක් ලෙස අඛණ්ඩව පවතී, යුග ගණනාවක් පුරා එහි පූජනීය වැදගත්කම ආරක්ෂා කරයි.
