𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗞𝗜𝗗𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗘?

If you have expectations from your children - and which parent doesn’t - it is important to give them the tools to meet these expectations. Their ability to concentrate, perform well in their physical and class exams will very much depend on how they breathe!

The 1st step is to 👃🏼breathe. Easier said than done. You will be surprised how determined kids can be when they want something. The effects are usually quick, so don’t be discouraged to put in the work and show them the importance of breathing properly.
