MANILA TO TACLOBAN AIR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS 2021 | Cebu Pacific Flights New Normal

FOR VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS -- no longer required to undergo COVID testing if vaccination is complete

AS OF JUNE 2021 REQUIREMENTS
📍Tacloban
• Negative RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours before departure
• Online registration via www.baliktacloban.tacloban.gov.ph or Tacloban Safe City mobile app
• Government issued ID / Birth Certificate (for Infants and Children)
• Birth Certificate (for Infants and Children)
• Barangay Certificate from Place of Origin

FOR ARRIVING PASSENGERS PASSING THROUGH TACLOBAN CITY
1.  Valid ID
2. Tacloban City QR Code (https://safecity.tacloban.gov.ph)
3. Health Assessment upon arrival

FOR ARRIVING PASSENGERS STAYING IN TACLOBAN CITY
1. Swab Test (RT-PCR, Antigen or Saliva Test)
2. Valid ID
3. Tacloban City QR Code (https://safecity.tacloban.gov.ph
4. Health Assessment upon arrival
5. Health certification that you are not a PUI/ PUM

*Documents should be submitted to [email protected] to be issued Certificate of Acceptance. (Subject of the email: LAST NAME - TRANSIENT - DATE OF ARRIVAL)


As of April 06, 2021— Tacloban City airport is now requiring a negative RT-PCR result from travelers coming from high risk areas (NCR & Cebu).

Very important travel documents needed upon entering the airport to baggage check in and boarding:
• Booking itinerary
• Valid ID with address of your province/destination
• Face mask and face shield

Needed upon arrival in Tacloban airport:
• Traze App
• Filled out health declaration form

If you do not have a valid ID with address of your province/destination, you may present your birth certificate or barangay certification stating that you are a resident of your respective barangay in the province.
