BEGUM BAZAR POLICE NABBED ONE PERSON RUNNING COUNTERFEIT/DUPLICATE HP GAS REGULATORS WHO IS CHEATING COMMON PUBLIC IN THE DEMISE OF ORIGINAL PRODUCTS UNDER THE LIMITS OF BEGUM BAZAR PS & APPREHENDED (01) ACCUSED PERSON AND SEIZED 20 CARTONS (20*50 = 1000 PIECES) OF GAS REGULATORS WITH THE HP GAS STICKER MATERIAL IN CR.NO.196/2023 U/S 420, 486 IPC & SEC 63 OF COPY RIGHT ACT OF PS BEGUM BAZAR.
Begum Bazar police nabbed one person running counterfeit/duplicate HP gas regulators who is cheating common public in the demise of original products under the limits of Begum Bazar PS & apprehended (01) accused person who is cheating the public for high profits.

A2) Himmat Parmar S/o Anandram Parmar, age: 22 yrs, Occ: Business, R/o.15-8-327/9,Feelkhana,Begum Bazar, Hyderabad N/o. Dhanwa (V), Barmer (Dist), Rajastan, Ph.no.8209033767.

20 cartons (20*50 = 1000 pieces) of Gas regulators with the HP Gas Sticker
BRIEF FACTS:-
The brief facts of the case are that on 10.10.2023 at 10.00 hours when he was present in Police Station, he received credible information that two persons running Dhanalaxmi Agency shop for Home need essentials at Old Feelkhana road, Begumbazar, Hyderabad. They are the suppliers and deliberately indulging themselves in the stocking, sale and have distribution of products of the Gas Regulators of HP Gas company under similar and deceptive names to mislead the innocent customers into believing that they are original products of HP Gas Regulators. Immediately, he served search proceedings to Himmat and along with the staff conducted the search in the H.No. 15-1-274/G, Dhanalaxmi Agency, Old Feelkhana road, Hyderabad shop and found Gas regulators with the HP Gas sticker which are the counterfeit / Duplicate regulators of the HP Gas company and which he is not authorized to sell. He questioned him about the counterfeit products of the Gas Regulators of HP Gas company, he voluntarily admitted his guilt for this offence and admitted he along with his brother Devraj Parmar S/o Anandram Parmar, age: 28 yrs Occ: Business owner of Dhanlaxmi Agency (Absconding) has been doing this business. Up on he recorded confession panchanama of the accused person Himmat in the presence of the Panchas and also seized the following items: 1) 20 cartons (20*50 = 1000 pieces) of Gas regulators with the HP Gas Sticker from above said address. Hence he requested to take necessary legal action against them.
Basing on credible information, Begum Bazar Police have apprehended him at H.No.15-1-274/G, Dhanalaxmi Agency, Old Feelkhana road, Hyderabad and seized above mentioned materials.
The arrests were made under the supervision of Sri. M. Venkateshwarlu, Dy. Commissioner of Police, Central Zone, Sri. A. Chandra Shekar, ACP Abids Division, Sri. N. Shankar, Inspector of Police, PS Begum Bazar, Sri. K. Yedukondalu, DI Begum Bazar and SIs Sri. Y. Sai Theja Reddy, K. Yadagiri & staff of Central Zone Team, Hyderabad City along with Begum Bazar Police.
