The Sweetheart Roadster FINALLY Has A Functioning Trunk Lid

Matt has been plugging away on the Sweetheart Roadster this fall, and the trunk lid is his next area of attack. Off camera Matt and Steve got the skin tack welded to the inner structure and installed the model a style pin hinges so the trunk can open and close. Today's goal is to get the trunk to latch, but there is currently no latch in the trunk lid. Matt purchased a VW Bug trunk latch to possibly modify to be a simple solution for the Sweetheart Roadster.
